Definitions:	Description
Affiliates	Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Our Affiliates include other business entities of the Guidiville Rancheria of California.
Nonaffiliates	Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Non-Affiliates can include service providers, data processors, advertisers, and other companies that provide financial services.
Joint Marketing	A formal agreement between non-affiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. First Path Loans d/b/a Nuvaloan does not engage in Joint Marketing.
